By accessing and using SubDiet (subdiet.org), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use this site or purchase any products. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the operator of SubDiet, an individual business registered in the Republic of Korea.
You must be at least 16 years of age (or 14 in South Korea per PIPA) to use SubDiet. By making a purchase, you represent that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you are under the applicable age, you may only use SubDiet with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf.

Additionally, SubDiet offers paid digital products — such as the AI Subscription Insight Report — which provide personalized analysis delivered to your email. Free features store all data locally in your browser and require no account creation. Paid products require an email address for delivery.
SubDiet is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any AI platform listed on the site unless explicitly stated. All pricing and feature information is provided for informational purposes and may differ from platform-published prices.
All paid digital products are sold through Polar.sh, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. When you make a purchase, you are entering into a transaction with Polar.sh. Polar.sh handles:
By completing a purchase, you also agree to Polar.sh's terms of service (polar.sh/legal/terms). Digital products are delivered electronically to the email address you provide during checkout. SubDiet does not store or have access to your full payment card details.
AI Subscription Insight reports are generated based on the subscription data you provide and delivered to your email address within minutes of purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address entered during checkout is accurate and accessible. Check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive your report promptly.
In the event of a delivery failure attributable to technical issues on our end, you will receive an automatic full refund within 3–5 business days. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses or email provider filtering.
Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase, refunds are granted in the following circumstances:

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), EU/EEA consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, for digital content that is delivered immediately and has been accessed, you acknowledge that delivery begins at the moment your purchase is confirmed. By proceeding with the purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate commencement of delivery and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the digital product has been delivered and accessed.
If delivery fails before you access the product, your statutory withdrawal rights remain intact and a full refund will be issued.

Our total liability for any claim related to a purchased product shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be legally excluded.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Korea.
For payment-related disputes, Polar.sh's dispute resolution process may also apply as they are the Merchant of Record. EU/EEA consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable local law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the intent of the original provision.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date at the top. For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, we will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by posting a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of SubDiet after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
